2025 Merit Award

I am pleased to share receiving a Merit Award for my oil painting Grasping for Freedom, Grasping for Hope (shown above), at the 2025 Human Rights International Art Exhibition at the College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California. Over 300 entries were submitted from artists worldwide. Exhibition dates January 28-March 7, 2025

I am excited to announce that I am one of the 30 Artist-in-Residence on behalf of the borough of Manhattan for the 2025 SU-CASA program cycle through LMCC!

2024 Merit Award

I am pleased to share receiving a Merit Award for my oil painting (diptych) Between Good and Evil (shown above), at the 2024 National Juried Competition at the Center for Contemporary Arts in Abilene, Texas. Over 300 entries were submitted from 30 states across the United States. The exhibit was on view Oct. 6-Nov. 16, 2024.
